Jul 30, 2010 - I like Disney World, because I live 45 minutes away, and Floridians get a discount. If you know someone who works there, you can get in for free. That's how I used to do it. I also always brought a backpack of my own food and drink. I'd honestly rather go to Universal though, cause I always spent more time WALKING to the rides I want to go on, than actually going on the rides at Disney. There's my 2 cents

Aug 1, 2010 - We were in DL a couple weeks ago. We would eat a big breakfast before we went into the park. And would leave the park to go eat lunch/dinner. And we went grocery shopping & put it in our fridge at the hotel. So that saved some big $. Not saying that I didn't buy a churro or 2, or a $5 bag of chips & $3 soda's. Disney is now actually selling fruits & healthier snacks. Anyways....pack some snacks or hit a local restaurant downtown. They are open later just for DL guest's after they've closed!

Aug 5, 2010 - Disney World tickets went up again as of today actually lol... I am totally going to have to learn how to make churros now mmmmmmmI would rather go to Disney Land just because my friends and family are closer and the humidity in FL EATS MY BRAINS!!! RAWR!! (is true and scary!)
